Introduction to brazed plate heat exchanger
Brazzed plate heat exchangers are an evolution of removable plate heat exchangers that change from rubber pads to copper and nickel, and all plates are combined by copper or nickel solder. All the contact points of the brazing plate heat exchanger are also completely welded together, so as to ensure the heat transfer efficiency and compression resistance of the heat exchanger, and to obtain a long service life.

Characteristics of brazing plate-type heat exchanger:
1. Compact structure and easy to install.Use thin plate with high heat transfer coefficient and low liquid volume
2. Less water consumption under the same working condition is only equivalent to one third of the pipe shell heat exchanger
3. Low dirt coefficient. High turbulence reduces the dirt coefficient, thus reducing the number of cleaning times
4. The light weight is only equivalent to the 20% -30% durability of the tube and shell heat exchanger
5. The high temperature (250℃) and high pressure (45 BAR) reduce the corrosion problem
6. High performance Many years of operation experience in the field of heat transfer and accurate computer assistance make the heat exchanger have the leading level of domestic peers.
